  • What age is suitable for the Spanish program?
    Our program is suitable for ages 12 to adults!
  • How long does it take to complete the Spanish program?
    Typically 4-6 months, assuming the user will complete one module each week. The program is designed to suit your own pace, therefore you may finish it even sooner. The duration depends on how much time you want to study and practice.
  • How do I access the digital content, and when do I receive the book?
    Once placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation with instructions for downloading the digital content to the device or devices of your choice. You will then be able to access the content from your device anywhere, anytime. The hard-copy book will be shipped to the address you provide. Please allow for up to 2 weeks to receive the workbook.
  • Do you offer special plans for families, groups, churches, or other organizations?
    For families, we recommend purchasing a workbook for each person and purchasing one copy of the digital content. This will substantially lower the overall cost for you and your family. Other groups, churches, and organizations should contact our office for more information.
  • What payment methods do you take?
    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
  • Do you offer installment plans?
    You may qualify for installment plans via PayPal. Look for this option during the checkout process.
  • What is your refund policy?
    Bundle refunds are honored up to 15 days for cancellation. After 15 days, there are no refunds. You can find more information in the introductory section of the workbook and on the Terms & Conditions page of this website. Please note that if a refund is requested, the user does not have to return the workbook. There is, however, a $75 cancellation fee.
  • Do you have a referral program?
    Yes! We will give you $25 for each person you refer after they have completed their refund period (14 days). You must contact us and deliver their full name, date of purchase, and their payment receipt number. A check will be mailed to you upon verification.
  • What happens if I cannot access the digital content from the website?
    The digital content is in standard MP3 and MP4 formats which most computers and mobile devices can use. If you have any problems downloading the digital content after purchasing the bundle, please reach out to us for assistance! Please note that due to the many differences between devices, we cannot provide technical assistance with playing the content on your device.
  • Once a user purchases the bundle, how soon can they begin studying?
    The Spanish bundle is available now! We are preparing the English On Call bundle which will help non-English speakers learn conversational English. Check out website in the future if you are interested.
